This is a crossover between Noelle Stevenson's webcomic Nimona and Terry Pratchett's Discworld books - namely, Lord Ballister Blackheart (Nimona) in the characteristic pose of Lord Havelock Vetinari (Discworld).  They look so similar, at least in the face, that I couldn't resist...
